Then now is your chance. We’re looking for a talented store manager for the TEESHOPPEN shop on Boulevarden in Aalborg.
This is a permanent position working 37 hours a week. As store manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the shop. We expect you to be visible and hands-on, and it is important that you are good at staying focused and keeping an overview. Your top priority should be to provide our many regular and new customers with the very best service.
YOUR DUTIES:
You’ll be responsible for the shop’s operations, which will give you the opportunity to do your best and develop your skills every day. Your responsibilities will include everything from stock levels and sales figures to social media, merchandising and planning the shop’s activities. As a shop manager, you’ll expand your knowledge of the shop’s key performance indicators, visual merchandising and shop operations. Furthermore, you’ll:
- Ensure that our customers are our priority, so that they always feel welcome in our shop with a warm and positive atmosphere
- Maintain high store standards with a focus on sales and revenue
- Ensure the shop is ready for sales
- Be responsible for our social media in collaboration with our staff
- Develop our staff so that we always have the best sales assistants
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- You are a qualified sales assistant
- Experience in a similar role would be an advantage – but is not essential
- An interest in fashion
- A flair for figures and sound business acumen
- The ability to take the lead and turn ideas into action
- You have a cheerful disposition and positive energy that rubs off on customers and colleagues
- You see opportunities rather than limitations
